Great stay in San Antonio Nothing. The staff at the front desk were excellent. The shuttle service to local restaurants was great. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. Shuttle to the airport was appreciated.
Exceptional
Enjoyed very much. The berakfast is just continental. This is a common practice in America. We asked for rooms next to each other but it was not available due to the room types we requested. This is my second stay. The hotel is quite convenient in terms of reaching. It provides free shuttle service to the airport. It has easy access to the highway. The beds are very comfortable. The room is large and everything you needed on the travel is provided including iron and iron board. The staff athe front desk is very helpfull.
Excellent Le preguntamos a una señora sobre un cobro doble que vimos en la cuenta y se porto muy grosera sobretodo cuando supo que hablabamos español, y ella mas rapido hablaba su ingles en un todo despectivo hacia mi esposo y yo. Muy mal porque ellas deben ser muy amables con los huesped, gracias a que la manager intervino entendimos todo y de buena manera ella no nos grito.
