Glad it was close to Trinity Univ. - great restaurants and shopping! 1. Website needs option for handicapped / we are in our 70's and had quite a hike to our room at far end of 7th floor. 2. Would have preferred thicker curtain on door separating (light filtered through too much for those who went to bed early) There was a door between two rooms.

Good
We were disappointed. The young man at the front desk when we checked in was not very friendly. Our restroom was not clean, sink and mirror had water spots, tub was dirty too, had to call to have it cleaned. We ended up switching rooms because shower water pressure was low. The hotel is nice, good location.
Perfect for overnight at airport A little too far to walk to restaurants or shopping Comfortable and quiet room, good breakfast

Comfortable The room looked a little outdated. The one on the 7th floor from the weekend before was a lot nicer Breakfast was amazing

Exceptional the location was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was also the perfect size, it wasn’t too small like other hotels

Pleasant WE could hear airplanes taking off, our tv volume could not be adjusted so was either too loud or too soft. Mattress was okay. The staff did everything they could to five us a good experience. Very clean.
