Overall the location was great, the staff was friendly and there was a nice big breakfast available. A big reason I stayed here was for the hot tub. It would have been nice to have had an indoor hot tub or at least have some sort of privacy in the outdoor hot tub instead of having it face a parking lot as I tried to relax to the sound of cars pulling in and out and watching people unload. Great overall Great overall! But one thing I disliked...Ordered pizza one evening and delivery guy was allowed to go up to room instead of making him wait at reception desk. For security reasons that shouldn’t be allowed. Great experience

Pleasant thank you. See above please. The shower in the room did not work , it was leaking through the ceiling which seemed a little dangerous, however we were able to use the bath safely. I did forget to mention this at the reception on checking out. I had travelled from London Uk & was a little jet lagged .we had two rooms, 340 & 343. I believe it was 343 that had the problem. Other than that all was good
