Disappointing The facility is smelling and dirty especially escalator .
Breakfast was too crowded did not eat elevators were very slow I lost clothes in Parking lot I know they are nor responsible but the lady at the front desk did not have to be rude about it I requested to speak to a manager sangie comes in ar noon but she overtalked me and hung up in my face I called lost and found for 2 days time 10:44 am 3/24/2025 The rate

For what we wanted, the location was great. Needed more maintenance. I emailed the front desk twice but hey never replied. I went to the desk to confirm they received the emails and they told me they were too busy to check. In the photos: light switch did not work, the shower head was caked with calcium, the grip in the tub was coming off the wall and the door trim behind the bathroom door was rotted from water or termites.
