Overated- (Bad hotel experience) My first issue was that I was not given the right room according to what I booked and I knew it was not right the moment I went in. My reservation was for a Deluxe room with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. The room I was given was smaller and had an armchair, and did not look like the one advertised on my booking. Disappointed customer The heater in the room smelled like burning pee. Not like burning coil when you turn it on after a while of not being used. Elevator was terrifying to be in. It made a creaky sound, and the doors on one of the elevators stayed closed for longer than normal after we reached our floor. Complimentary body wash was not checked prior to the room being rented. My bad experience at this location The room was outdated and mattress was horrible. The TV didn't work the 2 days we were there. Floors in the hotel were dirty. They wouldn't even bring towels to our room Location was cool
Fair Kids were brought into breakfast area and allowed to cough in the area where food had No cover. The sleeper couch mattress was torn and smelled bad! The hotel staff were not present ar times in the front area. Area was nice.
