Upset 2 full beds for 4 persons,after they promised double room with double bed ( Queen size )? They don't give what they show at the website. And then when you talk to them they say they can do nothing about it. so we need to stay three nights, 4 adults, just two full-size bed in a little room. We don't sleep At all. And then they said it's Booking.com fault I don't like it
Would return... I would've preferred a queen-sized bed, instead of the full-size. Fully equipped: ironing board, refrigerator, microwave. Very convenient.

Not recommande to any Dusty room, AC malfunctionning, not recommend to take room 826 in this hotel. It is very bad Nothing at all

Pretty good safe place to stay. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The walls were thin and we could hear the neighbors children. The breakfast was not great and they ran out of food - coffee was powdered and so were the eggs. If they had hard boiled at least they would be real. When I arrived I had an issue with my bill- was being charged more than I thought I was going to from booking online. Bridgett Diaz, the general manager, fixed it for us right away. Great experience My only complaint and if you wouldn't have ask I wouldn't say anything, but you really need another waffle iron. Breakfast was busy and I didn't get a waffle because the line was long and I had to hurry up and eat. The customer service was awesome! It was clean and comfortable and I'll be back.
