Muchos La Srita que nos atendió el día viernes por la mañana 19/02/2016 fue excelente nos trató muy bien y muy bella ya que no alcanzamos el desayuno y nos dio unos muffins y nos dijo aunque sea para que desayunen algo hay café y jugo para que acompañen nos trataron muy bien

Best hotel by the airport! Loved it all. Keep up the awesome work! It was incredibly wonderful that our room was ready before check in as we had traveled from California on a red-eye. The room was awesome a and we so appreciated the microwave and fridge! Breakfast was fantastic and the coffee perfect!! If we're in San Antonio again we're staying here! Thank you for excellent customer service!!
Great, well located, clean facility where we will not stay again. During one morning on our floor, we were subjected to a continuously barking dog nearby that a family apparently left behind. Not sure how long this continued as we departed after about an hour. We also had the misfortune of having a family with children nearby and the children were very loud and disruptive for about 45 minutes beginning at 10:15 PM. Exceptional
It's okay. The customer service people that will walk in and out didn't even greet us nor smile - completely ignored us. They asked a question to the representative attending us, didn't say excuse me, may I, nothing. We are not use to that in other Hotels we have stayed. The location it's bad to get to the hotel but was easy to get out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed.
