The facilities are quite new and clean. The beds are comfortable. Location is very convenient.
We really loved everything about our stay. The staff was so friendly and polite, kids stayed free and for the most part it was thoroughly clean. There were just some spots that go unthought of that hadn't been cleaned in quite some time (tops of headboards, under bathroom vanity) and they seem to be running out of many items at breakfast. Other than that, everything was wonderful and conveniently close to the Seattle Children's hospital.
Nice clean room. Pretty spacious for 2 guests. Friendly staff.
Greg at check-in was awesome. Very nice and helpful with everything. He honestly made the stay at this hotel that much better :)
Even thought it was a cheap price, it felt very clean, the rooms felt new, the decoration of the lobby was nice. And it just felt like money well spent.
Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Location is great - easy to find, Rooms were good, the Deluxe King room that we booked was fine - it didn't really feel deluxe to me - but that is just a personal opinion. It was the only room that we could find to accommodate 5 people. Hotel staff arranged for an extra cot - which was great - and no extra charge! The channel selection of the Dish TV supplier was disappointing. The PBS stream didn't seem to reflect the usual evening offerings. No MSNBC. No local MLB (Yes, it was a day off, but still it's not carried). 40 channels. And the opening channel is a Sinclair-owned station.
