No internet connection even if it said free wifi. Otherwise it's a pretty standard mediocre hotel

Dear Cathy, I feel bad that you stayed here at the time when a car plowed into the power line and knocked out the internet for all of south Kirkland. I do apologize though for the inconvenience that it caused. It was the first time ever that it happened and hopefully it will not happen again. We will also look into alternatives internet solutions as well so if it does happen we will have a backup internet system in place. Just know that if you do choose us again that we will have the internet working for you.
The staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, fresh-smelling, and very comfortable-including the bed! The facilities are dependable and complete. We've stayed here a few times already and will go back.
