Decent breakfast included. Nice clean room. Good location as minutes drive to Bellevue Downtown.

Very good! Breakfast time and check out time is very convenient for guests. Refrigerator is a bit noisy.

Friendly helpful staff. Location is pretty central and it was easy to get around Everett, Kirkland, Seattle, Bothell and Lynwood.

Just about everything was perfect regarding our stay, except one important detail--our ability to sleep. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear people getting in and out of their cars in the parking lot. There was vacuuming of the hallways or our neighboring rooms way early in the morning, and we got one of the worst nights of sleep we've had in months. The property was clean, well maintained, and the staff were super kind and friendly. However, the cleaning schedule made us miserable all night and the following day.
