Nice hotel with poor climate control Hotel's in great shape. Nice rooms and facilities. Decent breakfast but nothing fancy. The downsides; the climate control in the room is rough. The temperature control is on the opposite side from the unit and the room seems to frequently end up freezing on one side and fine on the other. Also, not the hotel's fault, but there's a school behind it, and 2 mornings out of 3 some guy yelled 'good morning' to all the students from about 7:30-8:00. Constantly.
Comfortable and convenient location Pros: Bed, bathroom, cleanliness Cons: Room door could be more sound-proof. I could see light around the door, so maybe something like weather-stripping would improve the sound blocking. Location: Seattle has tons to do. I was busy everything day. Loved the wineries and all of the museums. My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights. We were assigned a room right next to the elevator. I immediately wanted to change rooms, having had a terrible experience previously with elevator noise keepi... read more
Great place for a very good price I like this place. Is in the middle of every place in Seattle. I highly recommend it. The only reason I gave it four out of five for the breakfast area and the brakedest selection it self. Other then that the room are clean, big, and very comfortable.
Overall stay was excellent Pros: Cleanliness, comfortable, atmosphere, staff, ammenities, Cons: Do some training of late night/early morning staff. Location: Very easy to get to the Harbor View Hospital from the La Quinta Inn, had surgery there. There is a Chic-Fil-A nearby, we can't get them in Idaho. The front desk associate that checked us in was exceptional. He was very friendly and welcoming, made us feel that they really cared about our stay. He was professional yet interrested in how he could help. The only negative i... read more
Nice quite place Pros: Clean and quite Cons: Trim foliage back to view street turning out of parking lot. Location: One restaurant close, 10-20 min. drive every where else. Staff great. Parking a large vehicle a little challenging. Hard to see traffic turning right out of parking lot it's on a curve. Convienent drive to anywhere if you don't use the freeway.
Excellent accessibility. Because the location is very visual It's easy to find in both directions from where we came from per our itineraries. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a very pleasant experience.
Visiting Family Cons: Would like to be able to set the room fan on "low" at night and have it stay on all the time for a little "white noise." Location: Location was a little out of the way, but being away from the freeway or downtown Seattle noise made for a nice quiet location. Overall, a good motel. Great, friendly and quick welcome by the staff. Room was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. A little noisy at night - people letting doors slam, talking in hallways, etc.; but that's to be expected. Would stay there again.
Almost worth the money... Very cute hotel with wonderfully accommodating staff! Our issue was with the room itself; there was blood on our bathroom door, the fan looked like it was falling out of the ceiling, and one of the windows was sealed shut They were quick to remedy the blood situation, which we were extremely thankful for!
Quiet hotel near Bellevue and Kirkland This hotel appears to either be new or newly remodeled. Rooms are nice, clean, comfortable. Odd numbered rooms face a quiet neighborhood behind the hotel. Even numbered rooms face the highway, but not sure how much noise leaks into the building. Bellevue and Kirkland are both close and easily accessible. Highway access with a straight shot to Seattle is also quite close. The breakfast is fine, typical of this level of hotel (cold cereal, toast, pastries, etc.).
