newly renovated Pros: easy to get to from freeway exit, park & ride just behind location Location: take park & ride bus to downtown for $2.00 or see a game at Safeco or Century Field - bus runs every 20min to late at night very friendly - informative staff, free parking, good breakfast
off on customer service and construction going on When we checked in we were put in a room (420) that already had someone else checked in to it. We walked in and their bags were on the bed. We had to call down to notify the front desk and then we were told they'd made a mistake, and that they'd need to switch our room. Hotel is be remodeled Pros: Not much Cons: Price is too high for the state of the hotel They are open during remodeling but it effects use of the hotel. It wouldn't be so bad but there should be a steep discount to account for the inconvenience.
Crappy LOUD A/C unit, but great location. ✌️ Decent room, but the rundown AC unit kept me up all night.
Construction The fitness center was closed and there is construction going on.
Adequate hotel Pros: Staff members were excellent and responsive. . They were all pleasant and friendly. Cons: Closer attention to cleaning. Nevertheless, I would stay here again if I were in Seattle. Location: Convenient location Hotel is dated. Needs refurbishing. Needs attention to cleaning on floors and baseboards. Breakfast menu is limited. Location is convenient to freeways and easy to find.
The hotel was about 2 miles from my meeting. Walkable. Staff friendly. Comfortable bed and everything worked. In process of remodeling. Breakfast staff needs to sanitize tables between guests.
All just fine Pros: cleanliness, comfortable beds. Cons: Continental breakfast might be a bit more interesting. Location: Great location for my needs--near Lake Washington shore and east side medical facilities. I just stayed one night but found the room, staff, and facilities just fine. Very clean, comfortable beds, did not have that "worn out" or "tired" feel. Am returning for another stay soon.
It is currently being renovated and we got a newly renovated room....beautiful and very much relaxing atmosphere! Gone most of the day and had no interference with the renovation! Well worth the stay!
