Staff was friendly, close to activities, quiet Staff was very friendly and room was clean, breakfast had a nice variety.
It is convenient with its location Pros: Nice staff and easy location. Cons: Update it with fresh paint and carpets to get rid of the stale old odor and mustiness. Location: I love Kirkland I don't care for the old smell of the halls and room. Like they used to smoke in the building. VERY outdated...carpets are rolling up in the halls rooms are clean but dingy and with an odor. Bothered my breathing.

Simple, Pet Friendly Hotel It's hard to find a true pet friendly hotel in the Bellevue/Kirkland/Clyde Hill areaarea, especially an affordable one. This La Quinta is super simple and pleasant and great for a one night stay.
Good value for the money but can be noisy. Other than the two things that bothered me I was happy with it Guven that it is half the price of quality hotels. First is noise from the highway. Windows did not look like they had good sound insulation. Bath tub surface was fixed with some compound that looked like patch work and it did not feel sturdy. Service was good. Breakfast did not look anything worthy mentioning. Coffee was bad quality for coffee addicts like me.
Convenient Location Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff. Cons: Bathroom never got warm. Hotel should put in aux heat in the bathroom Location: Location was splendid...just off I-405 and an excellent fish restaurant within in 2 minute walk from the hotel. Arrived and rs was all set. Pleasant receptionist who was knowledgeable and friendly. Upon arrival at the room it was like an icebox as the heat was not on and temp outside of the hotel was hovering around 28 F. Nice hotel at Bellevue, WA This hotel has good rooms, is very dificult to go at hotel because the entrance is hide.

Great hotel with very kind staffs The hotel is in Bellevue. Location is not good, but the hotel's facilities and breakfast, staffs are great. Thanks to Greg (he's staff).
