Exceptional The staff at check-in and check-out were the best and I would definitely recommend.

Good location and nice room (a little small for 5 persons) One of the receptionist wasn't nice and didn't take care to prepare the room for 5 persons. The sofa bed wasn't ready, the extra bed was missing, not enough linen and towels. The other receptionists were very nice Location was very good, between the space nidlle and city center (15 minutes walk to each). The room is nice but a little small for 5 persons. Breakfast is quite good (for USA).

Wonderful Hotel rooms in downtown Seattle are expensive - but that's downtown Seattle not the specific hotel. I would have liked the website to be clearer about there being a parking fee. Location, then breakfast

Hält nicht was es verspricht! Hotel in die Jahre gekommen - hab angefragt ob ich schon am Vortag mein Gepäck vorbei bringen darf, dies wurde mir schriftlich zugesagt. Fuhren dann extra 30min (eine Strecke) nach Seattle um dann vor Ort abgewiesen zu werden! Nähe zum Space Needle - interessantes Frühstück - Zimmer Größe
I liked it, would stay again, a d would recommend. Its not the best or the worst. The breakfast available is ok. Nothing to write home about, but edible. The weirdest thing is that the plates and cutlery are at the end of the breakfast lineup, which makes zero sense to me. Fairly priced for an awesome location thats close to downtown/Pikes place. The underground parking is great @ $20 per day. The rooms and hotel itself are somewhat grubby and worn, but compared to other hotels in this area, I can live with it.
