Pleasant the cable to our TV was not working, I called the front staff twice about the issue and they had no solution for it. wasn’t even nice about it. in a safe area in town, was able to walk to everywhere we needed to go.
Very Good The room smelled a bit like cigarettes. Overall a very decent option for the price though The staff were very friendly and the location was great! The room was a decent size and the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast wasn't anything special but I'll never complain about complimentary breakfast.
Awesome Not much of a selection in there vending machines The staff was awesome. They was very friendly and helpful. We got there early so they kept are bags in a secured room while we went sightseeing.

Very Good The breakfast was very poor and no refills for what is gone. Good location, onsite parking
It was just a pit stop on our trip. Price was high for the room, and just a medium pizza delivered to room was over $30. Hotel had nothing to do with that though. We were shocked a pizza here is $7.99, and just that was $12.99 PLUS AN OUTRAGOUS DELIVERY CHARGE. Thank the Lord I live in Alabama. They held our room for us even though we expected to arrive later than we planned. Location was pretty close to our cruise pier.
the only issue was not having any grab bars in the bathroom as we requested it was at the bottom of the hill. it was close to many good restaurants
Very Good
I would recommend for location, comfort, friendly staff, and decent breakfast. The second room we had smelled a bit musty. The hotel was nice, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. The location was fantastic to all things downtown. The staff was lovely and very helpful when our flight was cancelled. We successfully stored luggage there multiple times as we stayed before and after our cruise.
