HoteModest choice when visiting and staying in downtown Seattle. Destroyed restaurant in the next block with graffiti. This hotel is in the downtown area. You can see signs of gangs nearby. To need to be careful if walking at night in this part of downtown.

It seems to have grown immensely since the start of the pandemic and is heartbreaking to see. Having said that, I have yet to feel uneasy walking in the area by myself. We hope you will come see us again another time.
It was comfortable and price was good Wished they provided shuttle service to the cruise port. Average breakfast. They needed to keep the area cleaner. Poor lighting in eating area, also.

Great location, quiet, and clean--with a great doorway greeter ;) The duvets were a bit too heavy! I woke up throughout the night and had to shed layers. Normally I'm very cold when I sleep, too! I loved the cleanliness and privacy of the room. It was also very quiet. And as always, I love the pufferfish in the lobby!

our stay was awesome. we check out at 11 but we still park our car until 4pm which is very convenient because parking in the wifi is a bit slow. have decent breakfast. location is really good. Tourist Attractions are walkable.
