It was a very pleasant stay, everyone was always friendy. The parking is not what I expected at all. I could not find a handicap place to park in. It was not as close to some of the attractions we wanted to visit. We all had some handicap of sorts, so walking was a real big issue. It was a great place to stay at. I am sorry you had difficulties with handicap parking, we will visit our current parking to see if we can make any modifications to the ADA spots. While most people find our location to be very convenient to the area attractions, Seattle's hills can make walking around the area difficult for those with handicaps. Exceptional
Overall I was very happy and would stay there again! The room was not entirely clean. It was obviously vacuumed only in main areas. There was dust, dirt, and even a used qtip in the room by the bedstand. The carpet felt grimey. Breakfast, room. and location were all great. The staff was awesome!
