Pleasant! The location was perfect, close to the Space Needle and public transportation. The mattress was a little uncomfortable (not firm in the middle), but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Definitely, we'll come back!

Pleasant Like other reviewers mentioned, you can hear your neighbors easily. Be aware you may hear your neighbors even at a normal-voiced speech level—and they can hear you too. Room was a little dirty in the corners. Employee at the desk would not put my points in my account—insisted on using my husband’s account, which resulted in me losing a free night stay, even though reservation was in my name. Very Good Breakfast options Beds
Clean and safe, great for solo female traveler N/A The location was great for me and as a young solo female traveler I felt relatively safe being I this hotel. All the necessary toiletries were provided and the breakfast that was provided was given in a bag (not buffet style) and I was glad as we are still in a pandemic. Really recommend this place!
Ok for value I didn't like the fact that they charge 23 dollars for parking, per night, that was nowhere clear in our booking. Also, the housekeeping personel entered our room three times beggining at 8 am while we were still there, even though we told them we weren't leaving yet. The included breakfast was not of our liking, first because it was a "to-go" bag and the boiled eggs were somewhat disgusting. The room was excellent and location was great as well, very clean rooms.
