Pleasant! The location was perfect, close to the Space Needle and public transportation. The mattress was a little uncomfortable (not firm in the middle), but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Definitely, we'll come back!

amazing I think they should have a park for the customers, with a reservation before. everything was okay. it’s in a great location, the room was good.

Pleasant Like other reviewers mentioned, you can hear your neighbors easily. Be aware you may hear your neighbors even at a normal-voiced speech level—and they can hear you too. Room was a little dirty in the corners. Employee at the desk would not put my points in my account—insisted on using my husband’s account, which resulted in me losing a free night stay, even though reservation was in my name. Clean and safe, great for solo female traveler N/A The location was great for me and as a young solo female traveler I felt relatively safe being I this hotel. All the necessary toiletries were provided and the breakfast that was provided was given in a bag (not buffet style) and I was glad as we are still in a pandemic. Really recommend this place!

Ok for value I didn't like the fact that they charge 23 dollars for parking, per night, that was nowhere clear in our booking. Also, the housekeeping personel entered our room three times beggining at 8 am while we were still there, even though we told them we weren't leaving yet. The included breakfast was not of our liking, first because it was a "to-go" bag and the boiled eggs were somewhat disgusting. The room was excellent and location was great as well, very clean rooms.
