The hotel was nice but room price was higher then what was advertised which was frustrating. The only frustrating part of the stay was the additional fee for parking and tax. Obviously these things are part of staying at a hotel but it is incredibly frustrating to not be told about it until after you are at the location. The fee even changed from the bill I saw upon checking in, to the bill I was provided upon checking out. Tell your guests up front why the fee is to stay here. Great location, friendly staff Construction across the street. Great location, everything in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from.

Pleasant The construction started at 5am!!!! Our room was right out front too. It was a great room, but the price is still to expensive. Later check out and price would be better also having free parking with the room, We would come back.
