Our stay was superb!!!!! Can't think of a thing. Everything except the new construction across the street. Even that was of insignificant concern as we could barely detect the noise and new construction is essential in any large city.

Good Some people at the front desk were not very helpful and kind The hotel is very nice, well furnished and well located. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Breakfast choices was very limited, but enough to get you by til lunch. I like that the room was big enough for 4, with spaces to move around. Location was excellent, walking distance (10-15 min walk) to top tourist attractions. Free flowing coffee the whole day is a plus. Wholefoods was also near, about a 5-minute walk.

Exceptional
Loved it, just what we wanted. There could have been a bit of variety in the breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice and large. The female concierge/attendant was extremely friendly and helpful (Pauline). Location is close to a whole foods market.
