Great customer service and response to any issues Would have been good to be warned about construction happening across the street. Would have been good to be told that parking is first come basis and often fills up, with fewer slots than rooms available. Front desk service was incredible. Always had a smile. Great breakfast and fantastic cleanliness. When there was a problem with construction, staff handled it promptly and left me satisfied.

The Amazon construction across the street form the hotel usually only operates from 7AM-5PM Mon-Sat but the city granted them a permit for overnight concrete pouring that we were not made aware of by the construction team until the day of operation.
