Good location but purr value for money Hotel WiFi was not good, staff were very defensive when dealing with questions over poor signal. Even hotel provide computers struggled to connect. Location was good. Near to Belltown.
I would stay again The construction was a pain the the A--. The parking was not good. They have it under the building and with the support posts the spots are small and if one car doesn't move as close to the post as possible the next car cannot get in. Sufficient parking but just barely. Very hard if you own a pickup like I have. The Staff was friendly and courteous. I liked the breakfast, the selection was good; make it yourself waffles, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage and more. Microwave and refrigerator in room worked well... read more

Some say there is free parking. But not always. One of the staff at registration was particularly rude on more than one occasion. I chose this hotel specifically because of the "free parking". Your website says " For the business-minded, we have a business center, free parking, and free local calls." Yet when the garage was full, I was told that parking was on a first-come, first-served basis. No offer of help to find alternate parking or compensation for having to pay to park in a nearby lot. Hard on the ears The noise from the construction. Earplugs should have been offered as we parked in the underground and the noise was very hard on the ears which can cause damage if prolonged.
Great location, good breakfast parking was limited during construction, but the manager did let us know about the hotel lot across the street we could use. Nice variety of breakfast foods
