Exceptional The parking was a little bit small! I like the location!
Exceptional Outside could use some paint and parking is limited. The inside of property has been updated nicely and breackfast was good.

Decent, but hoped for awesome. Location sketchy - construction next door, creepy guy on the corner. Room just not very cozy - I was actually surprised by the comfy bed - I thought it would be gross. View was awful - with a porch. Porch overlooking - icky alley? Why? Eewww - close the curtain. Bed super clean and comfy (thank god). Shower EXCELLENT (definitely best feature of the room - double shower head!) Breakfast fine - nothing special, but decent.

Good value for the location with parking and breakfast. Front desk and breakfast staff were great! Room was nice & clean but housekeeping didn't show up until 4 or 5 on the 2nd day. The pillows were giant and foam filled. :(
