Very happy with this hotel Although it appears you can reserve parking, this is not the case. It is first in, first served. We were lucky to arrive on a Sunday. Location, could walk to everything we wanted to see. Price was great, I guess because of the construction work next door which didn't affect us because it was Sunday
All in all very nice stay. But a few things are misleading resulting in a little frustration. The lure of free parking is a complete joke! Nothing available. Ended up paying 30 dollars for a day on the street. Website for the hotel says there is a jacuzzi and sauna. We could not find it nor did we see it mentioned anywhere in the hotel literature! I guess there isn't one! breakfast is good. beds are good. Rooms are very clean and comfy. Check in guy was very helpful. Check out girl...not so much!
Great location with great staff! Front staff were amazing - drew us walking maps to Pike Place Market and SafeCo stadium. Said hello every time we entered the lobby area. Typical free breakfast - we went close to the end of service - lots of selection - the hostess advised us she was starting to close - sort of a "last call" for food.
Exceptional The staff were excellent - giving us helpful information that made getting to the concert and back much easier. Their breakfast was a "real breakfast" rather than simply multiple variations of carb options.
Exceptional loved the double head shower, beds and pillows comfortable, room very spacious

A Sylish Stay With Some Real Hospitality Well, the immediate area has construction which most of Seattle is experiencing. The noise did not bother us in the least, but walking to and from can be a bit cumbersome. Of course, this is no fault of La Quinta. In fact, they have info in the room apologizing for this. Great place to stay!!! The outside of the building and grounds could use some freshening up. When approaching the hotel, we questioned our choice. However, when we entered the facility, we were very happy with our choice. Very clean room and facilities; very friendly and helpful staff. Great continental breakfast! Even warm cookies in the lobby greeted us one evening. Great place for the value. Also, a good location for walking to areas attractions.
