An enjoyable time in Seattle. Hot tub after day out! Would have enjoyed more variety for breakfast. Helpful front desk to correct our scheduling error/ All staff very friendly and helpful.
Recomendable Habitaciones pequeñas. Estacionamiento estrecho. Tiene una excelente ubicación, puedes ir caminando a los lugares de interes. Buen desayuno. Personal amable.
Don't let the outside looks deceive you There was construction going onright next to our room and they got started very early. The front desk staff were great, and very helpful in telling how to get to the things we wanted to see and do.
No me pareció fabuloso como da la puntuación de booking, es un hotel sencillo, bien ubicado Muy oscura la habitación, y los muebles pasados de moda El personal muy dispuesto en todo momento para informar y atento.
Excellent stay, good location and a great staff. Parking garage is a tad tight for parking your car. The front desk staff. Jordan and the other members of this very fine group of employees. Also, Maria in the dining area. Very cheerful and always helpful.

Very Good No ADA rooms left for my mom who is confined in her wheelchair so we had a regular room. Had requested it when booking with booking.com, so it could be booking.com who failed to relay that message to the hotel. I had to park my mom out side the bathroom door because her wheelchair did not fit through the door, carry her to the toilet, collapse and bring her wheelchair in the BR for her to grasp on to so she doesn't fall oFF the toilet since she had a stroke and is left side hemiplegic. okay to stay parking space is very limited and first come first serve. we rent a car and end up we need to keep our car in the space in order not to loose the spot... funny we have a suite with two beds and accommodate 5 persons but it is very very small. fortunately we only spent one night there. the customer service at the lobby is very nice. answer questions immediately. the lady made the cookies are yummy
Comfortable stay downtown Seattle Breakfast could have started a bit earlier. We had an early morning, it wasn't available til 6:30 Comfortable beds, nice lobby/lounge area with computers and big fish tank.
