Wonderful experience They ran out of crib for one night, which is understandable, but still, wish they could have more cribs readily available for families with toddlers. Great location! Best breakfast experienced so far! Very affordable price! Free lemonade water! Free cookies at night!
Exceptional My room was too hot and the thermostat didn't work correctly. My room looked out on an office suite. Not so good. Very friendly and courteous wait staff, particularly the woman in charge of the breakfast.
I will be back!!! The breakfast was not to my liking and not a huge selection to choose from, but that wasn't the end of the world. Great hotel, great location and exceptional customer service. I have to single out Jake and Jordan for going the extra mile, thank you.

Seattle Trip It was a little noisy at times. The property was very clean, the staff were wonderful and it was reasonably close to the space needle.
