Disappointing The personnel seems cold, no smile or even a good morning when they see you. They didn't warn us about the construction on the other side of the road, that starts at 7 am. It was very noisy. I know they cannot do anything about it, but offering ear plugs and an apology would help accepting the situation much better... The rooms need refreshment. Parking inside. Great location.
Will never stay again There was paint coming off in bathroom and mold on ceiling. It was extremely noisy door slam, people talking in hall and cars and sirens going all night. Breakfast was good, beds were cozy
Okay Wifi connection in room is very bad
Not overly pleasant. Facility was old and tired looking. Open soap containers were on the sink and in the shower. Also an old cup of coffee was in the room. It took asking twice to get these items removed. It was within walking distance of places we wanted to visit.
Good I got multiple bug bites on my hip. I notified the front desk, Facilities checked the room thoroughly for bed bugs and didn't find any signs. Something else obviously bit me in my sleep though, which is disconcerting and they did nothing to apologize for that. Also, the construction in the area is rather loud, but there's nothing the hotel can do about that.
Not worth the money That the WiFi didn't work for two days. I had to change rooms. The breakfast was awful, I actually felt ill trying to eat it. Close to Space Needle etc

We would not stay here again Because of the water coming through the ceiling onto my husband and the bed we had to pull the bed away from the wall and it was disgustingly dirty behind the bed so it changed our opinion of the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel staff wasn’t at all helpful or interested in our problem Clean comfortable room until water began dripping on my husband from the ceiling in the night
