Okay The parking lot is horrible. I asked for help and they did not help at all. They are way to close to each other that I ended up messing up my car so I had to park a street away and wake up at 4 am to get a new parking ticket. It was ridiculous.
Stay away The hotel was loud rooms have thin walls and you can hear the the people in the next room. Room I was in had alot of water damage. Looked like it was from a tub over flow or a toilet. Heater was loud and come on every 5-10 min keeping me and my family awake. Only thing this hotel had going for it was it was downtown.

Good location, bad service Went to the desk to request a extra blanket and for someone to fix our phone in our room it was not working. The Desk person was irritated with someone he had been talking to on the phone. When I approached him with my small request( or so I thought) he was very rude. I waited in my room and never recived any blanket, or phone repair. A lot of construction going on around the hotel, loud noises at 6am! Parking extremely small spaces The location was close to everything
So so The room smells like mold, hard to stay for long periods,.so
Pleasant Well they messed up my room. Was supposed to have a queen bed and sofa bed and they gave us a king size bed. Called down to get the right room and was told they were sold out but they could send a rollaway up. Whatever!! Finally got the bed after an hour and it was so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on the little chair that was in the room.
