Comfortable but freezing When I went up to the room, the room keycard didn’t work, so I had to go all the way back downstairs. I had to get in line again behind somebody that was checking in. Instead of doing another key card, she gave us another room. That was fine, except the heater didn’t work and we were literally freezing. At that point, I didn’t want to go back downstairs again so we just dealt with it. The room was nice. The property and the room were clean. The remodel is nice. The bed was very comfortable.
Good, but there was complications with my booking causing a delayed check in Airport shuttle was less reliable than when I stayed at the gateway.

Seattle transit L’exterieure est en rénovation mais ça ne durera pas, donc c’est pas un problème. Proximité de l’aéroport, restaurant, laverie, pas loin de Desmoines trail, bus gratuit pour le Mall. Parfait

Good no complaints. we just wanted a place for the night before flying the proximity to the terminal was great.

Very convenient location for airport and very nice staff. The fact that you charged me $50 more than I was quoted on booking.com. Don’t know whose fault that was but it didn’t make me happy! Breakfast ok. Staff very nice.
