Disappointed We were unaware there was construction going on. Elevators not working, but we (2 senior women) we're put on the 3rd floor. We asked for a wake up call in the AM, but did not get one. Big disappointment all around and certainly not worth $160. The room was clean, beds were comfortable.

Need better planning for construction, very dirty and no place to sit for breakfast. Construction was very dirty and no place for us to have breakfast. Room was clean.

Please take care of the front desk clerk Bug she was amazing. The construction and the elevators not working. The place looked chaotic. But rooms were clean. I would have liked to of know in advance. Front clerk named Bug, she was Amazing. She went above and beyond our expectations. Despite the place looking chaotic due to construction she greeted everyone politely and was so happy and down to earth. I was about to cancel and go to another hotel because of the construction, she made me change my mind because of her attitude.... read more
