It served the purpose. One staff member was rude and rather than just owning his mistake he just kept repeating that the shuttle was free so since I didn’t pay I shouldn’t be made for being stranded at the airport for 1 hour 45 minutes. Also I didn’t notice a note that said rooms were only cleaned upon request. Most of the staff were courteous
