Good Can hear traffic outside- advertise breakfast bit no breakfast Booked hotel because was supposed to have breakfast. Upon arrival, was told no breakfast. Should have been told at time of booking.

Just fine Be more humanly polite at the reception. The receptionist refused to allow the driver who drove me from Olympia to the Hotel site to use the bathroom. I found that to be un-cool. There was a TV shells sitting in one corner on the floor in the room which I found to be unusual, the TV on the counter was not plugged in and access to the outlet was almost impossible to reach.

Thank you for your review. Due to the pandemic, our lobby restrooms have been closed since March, just like most private business' restrooms throughout the state. The restrooms have been shut off and blocked, so it is no easy feat to allow for exceptions. I will need to research the room you were assigned to figure out why you had a room it appears maintenance was working on, I do apologize, you should not have been assigned this room. Highly recommend Amazing value for the price. Room has been updated with high quality bedding and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and friendly and provided shuttle to Airport. Excellent all around and would definitely stay again and would recommend 100%.
