Just ok. The elevator is tiny. The sheet didn't fit on the king sized bed. The staff was unprofessional. The receptionist when we checked in was allowing a guest to flirt with her for an extended amount of time. When leaving, one employee was using profanity when talking about another employee or someone they knew personally.

An comfortable quiet overnight stay Between flights. Disappointed no courtesy driver available until after 4:30pm but staff gave directions to walk to hotel from airport which was doable. Did not like smell of pot in hall of floor we stayed on. Friendly staff. Nice and quiet.

Okay, just sour taste with advertising breakfast and there was not. Even during COVID, most hotels have been at minimum giving out a sack with breakfast when they offer breakfast online. Your site states breakfast is included which is why I chose to stay there. I expected at minimum coffee and either muffins or something that could have been put in a to-go bag. The stay was good I called days before to get the schedule of the shuttle to and from the airport. The front desk argued to call the day of for better instructions and quickly hung up. The day came and the shuttle service had finished an hour before my arrival. It was such a mess to call an Uber or taxi, the transport of the Seattle airport is totally confusing, which is why I booked a place with a shuttle. A good stop before flying out of the country Bathroom was a little cramp. Pet friendly with no extra fees, and the shuttle driver was knowledgeable on where to go for amc flight

Enjoyable..Comfortable rooms. Breakfast was not provided The lady on morning to afternoon shift at the desk on Aug. 14 and 15 was a delight. A great conversationalist, fun and very helpful.
