Very Comfortable & Convenient We had to leave very early for flights so we missed the great breakfast. Everyone was nice and helpful to our unique situation

A very pleasant place to stay to catch an early morning airline flight departure time. I requested a phone wake-up call at 3:15 AM but I did not hear the phone ring and didn't wake up until 25 minutes later. I had to give up a morning shower and with my handicap getting dressed and getting my myself and luggage to the shuttle bus pick-up area caused me to miss the scheduled shuttle bus run promptly at 4:00 AM. It was lovely! It was a good night stay, our stay was nice and quiet. The front desk staff and shuttle driver were very nice. The shuttle driver was very informational. We went to Seattle to watch a Mariners game and he gave us all the best places to see and stop buy. He gave us directions to the stadium, made us feel at home!
