I thought the price was too high for one night just to catch a flight. The bathroom was impossible for two people to be in there at the same time and the bathroom door didn't help any either.

Front desk staff need re-training on customer service Requests made way in advance were not granted . Staff could not comprehend instructions given . Reservations were mix matched even as we had printed confirmation to show. No communication between admissions staff in various shifts . Proximity to alumni reunion event
