The hotel was accommodating, but a bit overpriced for what is offered. We all had a hard time sleeping due to the barking dog on our floor. We heard barking around 2am in the morning...That, along with the banging of doors caused us to get little sleep both nights. The beds were comfortable, & the shuttle service was accommodating.

Exceptional Booked because they had a pool for grandchildren staying with me. Disappointed that I didn't know beforehand that it wasn't open. Used hot tub but not enough ventilation in room.Would have preferred real plates/ cups etc Great staff. Very obliging at reception and all members of staff. Clean & comfortable beds and room. Great free shuttle and very obliging shuttle drivers. Breakfast ok but would've liked more selection fruit and eggs/ bacon.

Good While the staff and beds are great, the A/C units in the room are old and very loud. My ears were ringing in the morning because the A/C unit was on low-cool all night.
