Good Second floor floor renovations. However, the clerk and signs let us know that there was ongoing renovations Easy parking and the lobby was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and Denny’s was literally next door!

Good Our room had a very musty smell. I chose la Quintana because knowing the standards. This hotel did not meet those standards I would expected.

Only negative was I was on hold for ever to get the shuttle from the airport.I ended up taking a cab A bar Close to Sea -Tac, and a shuttle pick up for the cruise piers is 45 min $30

Staff was friendly, but services-except shuttle Michel-unsatisfactory. Never had TV. Repair guy came but TV only worked for a couple minutes and then nothing. The first night we had little WiFi...just didn’t work. We called front desk and they said we should get a discount for all our issues. Shuttle Michael was outstanding. Friendly, accommodating, valuable employee!

Exceptional Location was great, next to SeaTac. Staff was very friendly and helpful, gave directions and recommendations, even loaned us an umbrella!
