It was terrific. Everyone was great!! From the lovely lady who graciously rustled us up a bagel and spread (we had missed the breakfast time) to everyone at the front desk who were happy to answer all our questions, help with directions and hold our luggage. I can’t leave out your bus drivers who took us to and from the airport. Fabulous!!!! Our flight had been cancelled and you all made our extra night so very pleasant. Thank you.

Pleasant It’s unfortunate the surroundings did not feel safe and welcoming; however, it’s a good location for catching an early plane. Also I think I parked in the back. I had a hard time finding the front entrance. The staff were great. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
