Staff was friendly, but services-except shuttle Michel-unsatisfactory. Never had TV. Repair guy came but TV only worked for a couple minutes and then nothing. The first night we had little WiFi...just didn’t work. We called front desk and they said we should get a discount for all our issues. Shuttle Michael was outstanding. Friendly, accommodating, valuable employee!

Exceptional Location was great, next to SeaTac. Staff was very friendly and helpful, gave directions and recommendations, even loaned us an umbrella!

Convenience and close proximity to SEATAC with several good dining locations within walking distance The next morning continental breakfast was a major disappointment. Fragmented choices and not enough sustenance for traveling adults. The king beds were extremely comfortable. The front desk dinner recommendations were excellent.
