Front desk staff need re-training on customer service Requests made way in advance were not granted . Staff could not comprehend instructions given . Reservations were mix matched even as we had printed confirmation to show. No communication between admissions staff in various shifts . Proximity to alumni reunion event

The hotel was accommodating, but a bit overpriced for what is offered. We all had a hard time sleeping due to the barking dog on our floor. We heard barking around 2am in the morning...That, along with the banging of doors caused us to get little sleep both nights. The beds were comfortable, & the shuttle service was accommodating.
