Exceptional Booked because they had a pool for grandchildren staying with me. Disappointed that I didn't know beforehand that it wasn't open. Used hot tub but not enough ventilation in room.Would have preferred real plates/ cups etc Great staff. Very obliging at reception and all members of staff. Clean & comfortable beds and room. Great free shuttle and very obliging shuttle drivers. Breakfast ok but would've liked more selection fruit and eggs/ bacon.

Good While the staff and beds are great, the A/C units in the room are old and very loud. My ears were ringing in the morning because the A/C unit was on low-cool all night.

My visit was short and I was glad that it I was. - Great staff, Free Breakfast & Parking a plus! While I was checking in, I thought I witnessed a prostitute get into a vehicle with a john. The hallway lighting to my room was dark and there were times I didn't feel safe and felt like I need to be on extra alert. When I asked about the safety of my vehicle in the parking lot, I was informed there has been car break-ins, but they have a security detail that helps prevent them. Overall a great stay. No fan in the bathroom. It was close to the airport. Front desk was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Haven’t had breakfast yet.
