Good Breakfast Bed was comfortable
If you're looking for a friendly staff and pet friendly hotel, this would be a good hotel to stay at Bathroom was not very clean. My room was near the elevator and the noise from it kept me awake. the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.
Overall a good price for a location close to the airport. The shuttle was a must for us. You have to drag your heavy luggage up a half flight of stairs to get to your room. And the staff (who were right there) offered no help. The bathroom was a bit cramped. We especially appreciated the Shuttle Driver to the airport. She was nice & very helpful explaining where we needed to go at the airport. She also let us grab some breakfast & handled our luggage. The bed was great & the room was quiet.
Exceptional The city is very peace. The Autumn is coming so you can see many red and yellow leafs. The people are all very nice and helpful. I like Seattle.
Expectations consistently met [ from long-time repeat customer ]! I have nothing to say... Our Hotel of choice when staying in the SEA area. Very convenient to the airport. Shuttle service is excellent and runs every half-hour. Very quiet in spite of close proximity to active runways. Outstanding staff with powerful 'customer care' attitude. Good variety in complimentary breakfast items. Comfortable bed. Good shower [ a must ]. No heating/cooling challenges. WiFi works well, too - even for streaming.

It was a totally flawless stay. The driver who picked us up was gruffy. The lady who returned us was wonderful. The location was excellent for a no stress early departure. And it was a stone's throw from my favorite restaurant: Mango Thai. The staff was very accommodating and helpful
Exceptional The tv is not workable. I had to move the wires behind desk to get it to work. The shuttle service was excellent. Desk Amanda was wonderful . Sonia maid was good.
