Great place to stay! The shuttle drivers are like mini tour guides and are very helpful. It was very hot in Seattle when we were there and our room air conditioner had to struggle to keep our room from being extremely hot--we were still warm although the AC was working hard. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a large choice at breakfast and plenty of room to sit.
Exceptional The way the house keeping cleaned the room was very nice and neat! The front desk receptionists were really nice and comforting.

The staff was beyond amazing and they made our stay wonderful. Beds were old and need replaced. The breakfast was minimal. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Pleasant Only one elevator which means housekeeping staff with their large carts use same elevator as guests. Condition of elevator a bit shabby with scuff marks and stains.
It filled our needs. The phone didn't work the first night we stayed there, July 29, 2017. The plastic on the connecting wire was broke. The toilet ran every time it was used. Kind of dingy, not what we were expecting. However, the staff was the reason we came back on the 6th. The staff was wonderful. Went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Wish I knew the names of the two young ladies that checked us in on Aug 6, 2017. They are an asset to your company.
