Friendly staff, but accommodations are questionable for 4 adults. Rooms/beds are two small when you have 4 full grown adults in a room with one bathroom and not even a vanity area for someone else to get ready. This was very frustrating. I also didn't like the fact that I didn't receive my military discount. The hotel refused to give it to us because we booked through booking.com. $210 a night is absolutely ridiculous for what we got. I don't mind paying the money if the accommodations are appropriate. Convenient for one night before flight, but not a good value. Location of room under the train track. Smell of room. Dirt or mold in shower, baseboards, etc. For just a little more I stayed at the Sheraton downtown! Good service staff, all polite from front desk/check-in to shuttle driver.
We stayed there 3 separate nights on the 8th, 17th and 25th and enjoyed it. There's nothing I didn't like. Quiet, comfortable, convenient location and shuttle to the airport. Overall it was a very good stay. Breakfast offerings were great.
Hotel bueno para pasar la noche, a la espera del vuelo del próximo día. El desayuno La cama muy buena. Servicio shuttle muy bueno, lo único que tienes que llamar al hotel para que te busquen en el aeropuerto.
Disappointing AC in room was poor. Ran set at 61 degrees for several hours before it became a limitless comfortable.
My cat and I enjoyed our stay! I asked when checking in if they had rooms that were good for cats (as I was traveling with my poor scared cat on a cross-country move) and they gladly accommodated. My room was clean, quiet, and completely odorless. My cat came right out of the carrier and enjoyed a peaceful night in the room - a first for her! The bed was comfortable and the free breakfast and wifi were great. I have stayed in other hotels in the area and this one was hands-down the best, especially for the price!
