Good other than getting pick up by the shuttle Waiting for shuttle to pick us up at the rail train over 45-1hour this happen to us twice. Our motel was only 5 minutes away.
However, the service in general is very nice. Concerning it's an airport hotel, shuttle service should be more available and flexible. While a day-shift staff told us there's a shuttle service every 30 minutes and the hotel can be flexible for some rushing conditions, a staff working in early morning shift couldn't do it for us. We believe that so many people have to stay at the airport hotel for the morning flights, so it would be great for more staffs and shuttles during that time.

Convenient Hotel for a Sea-Tac Airport Overnight Shuttle airport PICK-UP is unpredictable...sometimes SLOW... sometimes OK... never surprise me with Quick... The morning staff for going-out flights is much more dependable, always very good. Check-In Staff is terrific

Eine ruhige Übernachtung vor einem langen Flug. Das Frühstück ist eher mager, wir bringen uns selbst Brot und Obst mit - und unsere eigenen Teebeutel.. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig, das Personal freundlich und der Flughafenshuttle macht das Leben leicht.
Has all the basics covered. Even on the 6th floor, street noise was fairly noticeable unless somewhat loud AC fan was on. All the basics for an airport hotel are covered: comfortable bed, blackout drapes, airport shuttle, free breakfast (acceptable, nothing special), decent shower, clean. Bonus: small refrig and microwave in room, rooms are spacious.

Overall a very good stay. Hot tub was out of order. The shuttle was quick and easy to use.
