I lost my car keys because we have to transfer to a different room that night . The front desk lady the Morning of 2-26 needs renovation old and dingy the staff super excellent
Pleasant The help when we checked in by Shiloh was great. Then towards the evening another staff worked the front desk, however no one was at the front. Rang the bell for service numerous times, finally she came out. Didn't get her name becuz she was rude, she didn't even smile, not very friendly at all. Other staff like house keeping was awesome. Very friendly & nice, welcoming. Our room was very clean that was a plus. That's that. Maybe next time will stay here again, only if they train the rest of their staff to be more f... read more
