Access to Airport When I printed off the Boarding Passes, the print was a little light. I didn't think it mattered, but at each leg (two) of the flight, the attendant could NOT scan the boarding passes and had to hand do it. Perhaps having someone at the desk check out the printer ink daily. In hindsight, I should have gone to the desk and asked them to change it right away. Location was good for our purposes. Staff went out of their way to be genuinely friendly.
Good night sleep! No refrigerator. No view of mountains or Puget sound. Tad expensive. Left before breakfast. Quiet-clean room but needed refrigerator. Very comfortable bed. No scenic view out window.

Very disappointed for the price. We asked for a room for 3 people/handicap room. When we arrived we were gavin a handicap room but only 1 bed. went back down told them we needed two beds. then was told they didn't have a handicap with two beds but was told they would bring a shower chair. We said ok but then when getting to the room was surprised there was no hand rails either in bath room. We finally were brought the chair at 10:00 pm! we had already gone to bed. Met our needs Breakfast selection was exceptionally weak...although they did have more than one waffle maker and toaster. What they did provide, they did well. Great location and helpful staff.
