I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful. From giving long-term parking information to helping with the rental car I couldn't get to lock. Even helped with bags as he could see I was older and exhausted. And, at the room the key didn't work, so he used his and went down and fixed mine and returned it to me. Very much appreciated.
I would not stay there again Laundry room was dirty- a lot if lint and accumulated dirt between washer and dryer ( only one washing machine and one dryer for the whole hotel). Dirt and dust behind dresser- I only looked back there because the TV wasn't working and I thought it was unplugged. Morning cleaning staff were lounging around the lobby when we went to breakfast. Exceptional Bed was firm yet comfortable. Front desk & drivers were nice; Michael was Awesome; very helpful.
It was a pleasant stay and saved us from a hectic commute on travel day. Small beds. Website showed queen-size beds. TV remote was funky, had to hold the power button for about a full minute to turn on or turn off. Very friendly and accommodating staff. A real pleasure. Shuttle service was good. Room was quiet for being close to the airport.

After I cleaned the coffee rings and sticky up it felt better. 100.00 should be cleaner. Coffee ring on edge of tub and back of toilet tank makes me wonder if bathroom even got cleaned. Heavy dust on top of refrigerator and sticky stuff on nightstand. The bed was very comfortable! Waffles were good too.
