We had an enjoyable and restful stay. The rugs in the room smelled musty. Can be cleaned better. The location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Facilities are very good. Our kids enjoyed the pool.The lobby is inviting and open.
Great location to stay if you have early morning flight out of Seattle. Staff person did not let us know that in the evening you had to call hotel for shuttle pickup. When we return rental we waited for shuttle, then called after 15 minutes. They sent shuttle right over. Airport shuttle, clean and modern room, easy location to find, easy access to airport to return rental car and use shuttle on flight day.
Serviceable, but not special. Small beds. Old, slow elevators. Convenient to the airport.
Pleasant No equipment in the room (no microwave, no fridge) Room sounds pretty old. Location, close to the airport and Seattle downtown Breakfast
The front desk staff were great, the rest just ok I felt we paid way to much for a room with two of the smallest double beds I have ever seen, no microwave, no refrigerator, I had to leave my meds at the front deskwe will not stay there again. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The pool area was very nice also.
Wonderful AC unit a bit noisy. friendly helpful desk clerk at 11PM check-in. Shuttle to airport was prompt at 5:25AM

Genügend Restaurants in der Umgebung vorhanden
Good The hallway needed vacuuming on our floor. It looked the same from Friday to Sunday. It was very dirty near the elevator. The free breakfast was great!
