nothing good about this hotel. Everything from the time we checked, had new room assigned because of so much wrong, the new room was remodeled but not finished and then the unfriendly staff when we checked out. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever booked

Very short and stressful It was filthy. Kept my shoes on. Hoped the sheets were clean. Neither of us showered. The toilet was hopefully wiped down. It was close to the airport

Disappointing
Pricey for what you are getting. The first night our room had no hot water, the shower curtain was missing and we did not get the roll away we booked. The swimming pool was green, no ice machine on our floor, we were told to go down 3 floors to get ice. The carpet is severely outdated. We moved rooms the 2nd night and the room had what was needed but the fridge didn't work. The beds were comfortable and clean. New lamps, mirrors,

Horrible See above. Do I need to say any more ? The guy gave our room away. And the hotel was fully booked. And he did nothing to help us. We had to walk down the street to the double tree and for a room there for double the price. Myself. Husband and five kids at 2 am.
I appreciated the accommodations but not the lack of service! Staff didn’t do the wake up call I requested. Air port shuttle promised was not provided. No one at the desk to check me out! This caused a late arrival to the airport and made my departure a very anxious experience. It appears to me adequate staffing is a problem! Good location next to Sea Tac. Nice room.
