DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! We were NEVER told the shuttle only runs on the hour & half hour otherwise we would have called as soon as we got off our flight at 11:55pm. (flight was delayed by 45 minutes). We called at 12:08am once we arrived at the shuttle bus area & were told by the front desk woman that the shuttle would be right over. got in tired and late so stayed the first night. cancelled reservation in the morning do to headache caused by the smell my room and fourth floor smelled of smoke front desk clerk was nice and professional
Not happy about the SERVICE provided. The staff behind the desk was RUDE and very unhelpful. The key card only worked one night, and had to go to the main desk to have it programmed twice. Loud, disgruntled worker in the main lobby in the morning, who ended up being the worker behind the front desk. Not once did our room get cleaned during our stay. VERY VERY Unprofessional service

ick!!! The facility is not maintained, bedding - pillows, mattress awful; I arrived exhausted after long day of delayed flights. I came in to empty front desk. So I rang the bell and a woman came out in a cloud of marijuana smoke. She gave me key card to a room with broken heat. I tried to call her from the room about it, but their phone system wasn't working, so I had to come down their creepy elevator that was under renovation & I didn't feel safe. Disappointing The bathtub was not very clean,there was a sosp bar leftover from the person before that had hair in it. The hair dryer didn't work The staff was nice
Horrible The staff, the attitude, the cleanliness. Walked into a room with a wet carpet … Nothing went well! The phone at the airport did not work to call the shuttle. I called the property using the number on my confirmation…no answer. Finally, a shuttle driver from another property took me. The front desk staff were not friendly nor helpful. The carpet in my room was soaking wet. I have stayed at this property before but this time, it was a dreadful experience.
