Acceptable since it was only for a few hours while waiting for a flight. Condition of the building. But to be fair, the hotel was under going renovation so in actuality, it wasn't really that bad. Closeness to the airport.
Big Yikes. almost everything. was being remodeled during our stay. carpet was a disaster. bedding has old blood stains from god knows what. carpet looked like it had not been washed since placed. very odd smell in the rooms. worst stay I’ve had in a really long time. close to the airport
Cancelled by the hotel. Our pre-paid reservation was cancelled by SeaTac La Quinta on the night we were reserved to stay there. Our flight was delayed getting in to Seattle and we learned of the cancellation at 2:30 AM when calling for the hotel shuttle from the airport. I contacted La Quinta and Booking.com for a refund, and each told me the refund was not their responsibility. I got a refund through my credit card when I disputed the transaction.
Bad We woke up with no water available to us. We went to airport straight out of bed w no breakfast.
Fair When I took my shower, the water was cool. Never got hot or even warm. When I informed the front desk the woman was very short with me. Said she would let manager know, she did not because when I called the manager he was not aware of my complaint.
wait until renovations are complete before staying The property is extremely run down.It is in the process of being renovated. The air conditioner in the wall of our room was very old and in a hole which had gaps you could see the outside of the room from. The fire alarm was lying in the middle of the floor of our room when we arrived. The carpet throughout the building was stained and very worn. The room had an odd smell on entry. Disappointing
clerk at front desk was confused check in, noisey room, hotel very run down breakfast
will not stay in any La Quinta Hotel again they are undergoing renovations and the room we stayed 111, is terrible the deadbolt does not work, the shower has mold all over it, the shower rod was leaning. breakfast did not serve decaf coffee, the wait staff is unfriendly, took forever to refill bagels I had to go in the pantry to grab a pack of bagel after asking permission from the reception. its very close to the airport
